Mentat is operated by skyto (X: @SKYTONET_) as a sole-proprietor project. There is no parent company, no investors, no employees. You are dealing with one person and a codebase.

By using mentatai.xyz, the @ZeusPublicBot Telegram bot, the operator dashboard, or any Mentat Private deployment, you agree to these terms, the Risk Disclosure, and the Privacy Policy.

If you don't agree, don't use the product. There is no partial acceptance.

• Mentat Private — operator slots with sole-occupancy access to a Mentat instance. $300/month. Invite-only. Subscription cancellable any time; refunds prorated to the day.
• Mentat Public / League One — free 7-day curriculum delivered via web + Telegram. No paid tier.
• Specialist tracks — paid educational courses (e.g. Funding Arb Specialist, $99 one-time). Lifetime access. No refunds after first lesson is opened.

A real email. Honest answers on the operator-request form (lying about capital range or use case is grounds for refusing service). Reasonable use of the public chat surface — no scraping, no spam, no automated abuse.

• Custody your funds. Your keys live on your machine.
• Provide investment, legal, or tax advice.
• Guarantee uptime, profitability, or specific outcomes.
• Sell your data. We don't have analytics trackers, ad pixels, or third-party cookies.

You can terminate any time by closing your account (League One) or ending your subscription (Private). We can terminate your access if you violate these terms — abuse, illegal activity, attempts to compromise other users, or non-payment. Termination doesn't refund anything not refunded already.

To the extent permitted by law, total liability under these terms is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months — for free users that's $0. Mentat is provided "as is" with no warranty of merchantability or fitness for any purpose.

We may update these terms. Material changes get a notice on the dashboard and an email to active operators / League One members before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
